Returns and Exchanges Policy

If you are not happy with your non-sale item purchase, we will accept a return for a full product refund or an exchange for the same product or another product. Please read the special note below regarding the Clearance Cabin for sale item purchases which have certain exclusions and limitations to this policy.

  • You may return or exchange your purchase within 30 days of delivery and all products must be in the condition you received.
  • Please note that it takes 7 to 10 business days to process returns once they arrive at our location. Upon receipt of your return,we will initiate the refund process. You will receive an e-mail fromBig Sky Carvers® confirming this.
  • Original shipping costs are not refundable. Return and exchange shipping costs are your responsibility. Big Sky Carvers® will, however, pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of ourerror (incorrect or defective item).
  • All returns and exchanges need a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please call Big Sky Carvers® at 800-746-8245 to begin the return or exchange process and receive your RA#. This RA# is necessary on your return or exchange. Please include this RA# on the original packing list and make a copy for yourself.
  • Exchanges: you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item and you place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.
  • Clearance Cabin (sale items): there are no refunds and all sales are final except for breakage occurring from shipment. Please inspect your items and report any breakage within 5 business days of receiving your item for a replacement of the same item. If the same item is no longer in stock, you may apply your purchase amount to another item.
  • Freight Truck Item Returns (items delivered by Freight Truck, rather than UPS): if a piece arrives damaged in the delivery process, please call Big Sky Carvers® at 800-746-8245 immediately.Please inspect all products prior to accepting delivery. If product is damaged please refuse shipment and contact us immediately.

You may cancel any order, prior to it leaving the warehouse, by contacting us using the methods listed at the top of this page. If the order has already shipped, we cannot cancel it.

Shipping Policy - UPS

Big Sky Carvers® orders deliver via UPS when possible and although shipping typically occurs within 72 hours of order placement, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. Expedited delivery requests will be confirmed on the next business day and you will be contacted if there are any unforeseen delays. Sorry, we do not ship internationally at this time. UPS delivery is limited to the 48 contiguous United States and does not ship to PO boxes or APO addresses. If you desire to ship outside the contiguous United States, call us to place an order, or, if you place your order with a destination out of the contiguous United States, you will be notified of any additional shipping charges and alterations to the shipping method. All products display their shipping method within each product detail page. Shipping cost is based off order total for standard products. Please refer to the chart below:

Shipping Policy – Freight Truck

Certain instances may occur where we have to ship an item due to weight or dimensions via Freight Truck. The Ground shipping rate schedule above will have an additional handling fee of $100 that will be applied to your order in these circumstances (example: order total =$400 + $32.95 Ground shipping + $100 Freight handling fee = $532.95). All products display their shipping method within each product detail page.

Hand-crafted Products

Many of our products are hand-crafted and have slight variations in color, texture and finish that are common and inherent to the nature of hand-crafted items, as well as, the materials in which they are manufactured. These discrepancies do not pose or infer a defect in the product.

Product Availability

Each product’s detail page will display an availability message: “In Stock” or “Out of Stock”. In extremely rare cases, a product might be listed as in stock, but due to traffic and multiple customers ordering the same product at the same time, could create a backorder situation. If this occurs, you will be notified and given the option to keep your order on file until the item returns to stock, cancel your order or to replace the item with another.
